NYLFORCE GLASS

Filament composed by nylon charged with glass fibres, allows precise prints and it’s a great choice for technical and mechanical purposes. It has a noticeable tensile strenght and stiffness, over a very high impact strength.

MURANO PA-GF

Murano PA-GF is the name of a small island in the Venetian lagoon, which in the past held the world monopoly of excellent glassmaking for several centuries. Murano PA-GF is the formulation 2.0 of our well known Nylforce Glass Fiber, implemented by our engineers. This formulation, indeed increased % of real glass fiber infused and heat resistance.

NYLON CUBE

“Nylforce Cube” is an easy-to-print nylon grade.  Taking advantage of nylon’s strength, flexibility, and durability, technicians use this 3D printing filament to create tools, functional prototypes, or mechanical parts.

Printable at low temperature (240/245°C) it’s optimized to avoid the use of a heated chamber.

PET

Engineering grade polyester PET compound, showing superior bed adhesion, excellent at bridging as well as retraction, and keeping printed parts clean without any need of post-processing.

It features  higher mechanical strength and printing precision than any kind of ABS, but prints as easy as PLA.

PLA PRO HT

PLA PRO HT is a professional grade PLA compound.

Once post annealed (110°C in oven for 20 minutes) it reaches superior mechanical and temperature resistance and temperature resistance.

This material brings the user to have much higher performances when compared to ABS, but printing as easy as common PLA.

CONDUCTIVE

It’s a biopolymer compound,  based on CarbonNanoTubes (CNT) technology. So far, it’s indeed the most conductive material available on the market (4 times less resistive than our competitors’).

10cm length of a 1.75mm filament shows a resistance of 0.75 kohm. A post printing crystallization through annealing makes it achieve 100 °C heat resistance.

H-TECK

Engineering grade compound developed to fill the gap between our Nylon carbon/glass and Ultem/PEEK. An evolution among high technical materials, printing temperature is tipically around 300°C on professional printers.
It features an increased temperature resistance, incredible resilience as well as mechanical and impact resistance.

GHOSTFORCE

Ghostforce is a revolutionary hydrosoluble support material.  It’s not moisture-sensitive, allowing very long prints without any issue (basic PVA causes hydrolysis after short time printing).
